Data Recovery Evaluation and Inspection

Currently, our hard disk and solid state data recovery services are only available to our Australian customers.  Please note that data recovery from tape and media is available to all clients globally.

In order to ascertain the type of data recovery you require and to provide you with a formal quotation for the recovery of your data, we carry out an Initial Inspection and Evaluation of your failed device.  The inspection includes a detailed examination of the failed device by our data recovery engineers and will assess the viability of recovering data.  A quotation detailing data recovery costs will be provided where applicable and returned to you in order to make an informed decision regarding recovery of your data.

Please download the appropriate Evaluation & Inspection Request form to complete and return to us with your failed device.  Please note that an up-front inspection fee will apply per disk.
